10. Kartrite Resort & Indoor Water Park – Monticello
We are huge fans of this Catskills-area resort with its huge indoor water park. It's been shuttered for more than a year, and a reopening date has yet to be announced. But here's hoping it's soon. The Kartrite lays claim to the largest water park in New York state and features an indoor/outdoor heated pool, Affinity Springs.
11. Greek Peak Mountain Resort/Hope Lake Lodge – Cortland
Families can book a stay at Hope Lake Lodge, which features condominium-style suites, and enjoy the amenities at the Cascades Indoor Waterpark next door. Featuring a 41,000-square-foot water park, it boasts tons of water-related fun, including a wave pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool and slides, splash zones, and much more. The resort is an all-seasons destination. Currently, some water park features are limited, and reservations are required to swim.
