What services does Laundryheap offer?

How long does it take?

Laundry is returned in 24 hours and dry cleaning is returned in as little as 48 hours. Note that large and bulky items require some additional time. When scheduling your delivery, you’ll see all available options based on expected turnaround time.

How do I book my pick-up and delivery?

Booking is super easy and can be done on the Laundryheap website or app. Just enter your pickup point–whether that’s your home, office, or otherwise–choose from flexible 2-hour pick up and collection slots, then select your services. You’ll receive real-time pickup and delivery alerts, and can reschedule your delivery at any time if plans change.

I sent our laundry out the day before heading out of town and loved that I could delay delivery until we returned a few days later. Not to mention coming home to a bunch of clean laundry is a dream!

What does it cost to use Laundryheap?

Laundry is priced by weight, while wash and iron, dry cleaning, and bulky items are priced by item. See a complete list of prices and use the price estimator tool to calculate what your services will cost. While there is an order minimum of $35, I love that you’re not required to pay membership or subscription fees. You have the option to schedule recurring services, but you can also simply use the service as needed.

Are there ways to save money on laundry and dry cleaning services?

There’s also a subscription option, Laundryheap+, which will undoubtedly save you money if you plan to use the service regularly. It eliminates service fees and can be shared with a friend at no additional cost.

Another way to save is by purchasing prepaid packs. They allow you to pay a bulk price at a discounted rate. You’ll find the prepaid packs available in your area when you click into a specific service from the price and services page.

What happens if there’s an issue with my order?

Laundryheap is really dedicated to top-notch service. If you aren’t happy with your cleaning results–or in the rare event that an item gets damaged or goes missing–you can easily submit a claim so that customer service can look into the issue and make it right.

Booking services was simple, and real-time tracking made pickup and delivery to my apartment a breeze. The delivery people were kind and helpful, transfering all my laundry and dry cleaning into their reusable bags at pickup and carefully marking them to ensure the right services. My laundry was returned flawlessly folded and my husband’s dry cleaning was perfectly pressed, hung, and bagged, just like you would get it from your local dry cleaner. And, of course, I saved myself the time I needed to finish packing and get my kids out the door for our trip right on time.

I can absolutely see my family using Laundryheap again, especially in a time crunch–and for all of our blankets and comforters that will never fit in a standard washer dryer!
