Beach Clubs and Private Swimming Pools Offering Day Passes in NYC

Breezy Point Surf Club – Breezy Point, Queens

1 Beach 227th Street near Breezy Point Boulevard
Families will have no trouble keeping everyone busy and entertained at this Queen's beach club. There's an Olympic-size swimming pool with water slides and a kiddie pool complete with a pirate ship. This club offers many other family activities, a free kids' day camp, access to tennis courts, a gym with exercise classes, a cafeteria, lounge, and bar. While season memberships are available, Breezy Point has a very reasonable day rate: $45 per adult and $35 per child; daily accommodations are also required and tack on an additional $45-95. Take note: If you plan to visit for more than three days, a membership is required.

Manhattan Park Pool Club – Roosevelt Island

36 River Road
The outdoor pool at the Manhattan Park, a waterfront rental community on Roosevelt Island, is one of the most colorful and splashiest pools around. Every year since 2015, the development chooses a local artist to adorn the 8,000-square-foot pool with bright murals, colorful shapes, and forms. Enjoy spectacular city views while lounging on the sun deck. The pool is open daily, and residents of Roosevelt Island pay $30 for daily time slots; nonresidents pay $50. Seasonal memberships are available to both residents and nonresidents. Call or email for reservations: 212-308-6472 or Services@BluecrestAM.com.

Park City Swim Club – Rego Park, Queens

98-00 62nd Drive
This "urban oasis" has heated Olympic-size pools for adults and kids. You can also enjoy food at its concession stands, play games, rent cabanas, and enjoy the sun under the umbrellas or lounge chairs. The pool is open 12-7pm during the week, and 10am-6pm on the weekends and holidays. Day passes cost $14 during the week and $17 on weekends. Season passes are available, and there are discounts for Park City residents. Its Park City Academy offers swim lessons for kids up to age 15, junior lifeguard lessons, and certification courses.

Silver Gull Beach Club – Breezy Point, Queens

1 Beach 193rd Street near Range Road
Operated by the same company as nearby Breezy Point Surf Club, you'll feel you're vacationing at a resort with its cabanas, beach access, and a multitude of water activities. If you're a fan of '80s movies, this club is where some scenes from the movie "Flamingo Kid," starring Matt Dillon, were filmed. Attractions include nine acres of oceanfront, swimming pools with water slides, FREE parking, and a day camp. Seasonal memberships are available, and day passes are $45 for adults and $35 for kids. Daily accommodations are also required and tack on an additional $45-$100.
