Swimming Pools and Lakes Where Kids Can Swim Today around Los Angeles
Swimming pools keep kids sane on a hot day, and summer 2020 is definitely in need of a little sanity. Finding a pool in the midst of a pandemic is no easy task, though; most of LA's usual watering holes are temporarily closed. We've hunted down a handful of pools and kid-friendly swimming lakes around the city that have opened up for families, with safety measures in place. Of course, if you really want some dedicated pool time you could book a night or two in a hotel for a Los Angeles staycation (these are some of our favorite hotel pools), but for a quick, cheap swim close to home, try one of the aquatic centers below that offer swimming pools, lap lanes, splash pads, lake beaches, and more water fun for this hot, crazy, COVID summer.
