A Nor’easter - what a perfect way to usher in the new year! With kids home from school a couple of extra days, it’s good to know there are fun things to do this weekend to get families out of the house. Kids can make bubbles with Mike the Bubble Man, see Magician Matias work his magic, visit Frozen Fenway, and more. Our best bets for the weekend are below. Frozen Fenway: Monster Sled - Fenway Park, Boston

Bring your family to Fenway Park to enjoy a ride on the Monster Sled during Citi Frozen Fenway 2014. The Monster Sled is a 20-foot high sledding and tubing ramp set in the shadow of the Green Monster.

Purchase timed tickets online. Sleds and tubes are provided free of charge (patrons cannot bring their own). Children under the age of five must be accompanied by an adult on the sled ramp, and those under the age of 12 are asked to wear a helmet (patrons are asked to bring their own helmets). [Details]
