April GoList: The Best Things To Do in Westchester with Kids

Things to Do

Spring has arrived in Westchester, as evidenced not only by the blossoms and warmer temperatures, but also by the abundance of fabulous family activities springing up this month! Our April GoList is bursting with colorful activities to choose from—and it wasn’t easy narrowing down our top picks.

The great events coming up include several events that revivify the Colonial era, including Colonial Day, which allows visitors to interact with tradesmen of the day and see demos like blacksmithing. Try some hands-on activities at the Annual WHUD Kids Fair or truck on over to Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site the Musical, one of several family-friendly performances taking place.

April is also loaded with numerous Earth Day activities, such as the Green Ossining’s Earth Day Festival. And, though not a holiday, the celebration of the anniversary of Israel’s founding includes a lavish agenda at Israel’s 70th Birthday Celebration.

Sign up for our weekly newsletters and keep tabs on our Event Calendar. And don't forget: We've got you covered for spring break!
