Looking for the best things to do in Houston this 4th of July weekend? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your list for this weekend.

Break out the red, white, and blue because it's time to celebrate July Fourth in Houston! Many amazing events are happening across the city to commemorate the occasion, like Kidpendence Day at Children's Museum Houston, Shell’s Freedom over Texas downtown, and Star Spangled Salute by the Houston Symphony at Miller Outdoor Theatre.

After the big festivities of the Fourth, check out Bluey's Big Play, with performances this weekend at the Wortham Center, or head to the family-friendly KPOP Night Market at Stomping Grounds.
