Six Flags Holiday in the Park Drive-Thru lets visitors traverse the theme park's walkways and midways passing by 12 distinctly themed areas covered in more than 1 million twinkling lights.

Celebrate the holidays safely as you drive through Six Flags' holiday light show. 

Guests enter the drive-thru and are immersed in the magic of the experience immediately in the Jolly Jamboree, with its twinkly trees and glistening red lights overhead. From there, pass through the Holiday Heroes section and some of the park's iconic hero-themed rides.

Other sections pay homage to a small-town Christmas, gingerbread men, and there's even an entire section devoted to poinsettias.

Guests are wowed by the larger-than-life decor, including the 15-story tall Big Wheel whose light display gives an illusion of snow falling to the ground. There's a three-story tall inflatable snowman to see, and oversized presents and a tree to match in the Deck the Halls section.

Of course, no Christmas event is complete without a Santa Claus sighting, and Six Flags doesn't disappoint. The Bumper Car pavilion takes on a wintertime identity as Santa's house, and you'll spot Jolly Old St. Nick, Mrs. Claus, and plenty of their helpers along the way.

More beloved holiday characters line the twisting-and-turning course, live entertainment abounds, and holiday music wafts through the air.

Note, though, that this contact-free experience requires guests to remain in their cars. There will be no rides running, no concessions, and restrooms are only available at the entrance and exit. If you want to enjoy the sights with your windows down, you're expected to wear face masks. For a more traditional theme park Christmas, book your tickets for the weekend event, which includes some of the park's iconic rides with a sprinkle of holiday magic thrown in for seasonal fun.

Six Flags Holiday in the Park Drive-Thru runs Monday through Thursday nights through Thursday, December 17. An additional slate of days from Monday, January 4-Sunday, January 10, 2021, has also been added. Tickets for the drive-thru adventure go on sale at noon on Wednesday, November 25 on the Six Flags website. Admission is $14.99 per person for everyone over the age for 2. The attraction is FREE to season pass holders, but reservations are required.
