As we segue from November to December, the number of events for Westchester families ratchets up a notch. Fun holiday events are piling on, including holiday performances such as David Benoit’s Christmas Tribute to Charlie Brown, Hanukkah celebrations like Chanukah Fun House and Gift Shop and tree-lighting ceremonies like the Bronxville Hometown Holiday Tree Lighting (which includes a caroling procession to the grand opening of Santa’s Workshop).

Chanukah Fun House and Gift Shop - Tuesday
While the Chanukah Fun House and Gift Shop presents a smorgasbord of fun holiday activities for a couple weeks leading up to Chanukah, on select days there are added attractions. Tuesday’s event features the added appeal of crafting with bead fusing and Shrinky Dinks at 4pm, but be sure to allow time for the daily activities like the Glow in the Dark Room, Dreidel Bounce House and Clay Bar as well.

David Benoit’s Christmas Tribute to Charlie Brown - Thursday
The familiar jazz tunes we all grew up hearing when watching A Charlie Brown Christmas on TV each year will be performed live by David Benoit, who succeeded Vince Guaraldi as composer for the newer Charlie Brown TV specials. Now it’s time to get the next generation of Peanuts fans hooked on the classic music.
