When you've gotta glow, DC is merry, bright, and lit up like—well—a Christmas tree. In fact, there are so many dazzling holiday light shows and Christmas lights displays in the DC area in 2021 that your only problem will be fitting them all in!

There are Christmas lights displays that you can walk through, such as the new Holiday Road at Morven Park and the Garden of Lights at Brookside Gardens, and drive-thru Christmas lights including the Bull Run Festival of Lights and the Merriweather Symphony of Lights. There are also tree and menorah lightings, boat parades, fireworks, and more. And don't miss the brand-new Nights of Lights on the Fairgrounds in Manassas, Virginia, which combines a drive-thru holiday light show with a walk-thru village of Christmas lights and carnival rides.
