Standing 9 feet tall and made of over 17,000 LEGO bricks, Liberty Place is pretty impressive. But perhaps the most exciting news coming out of LEGOLAND's press conference was its opening date! Get ready, because the new Discovery Center, located in the Plymouth Meeting Mall, will be opening its doors on April 6! Single day admission passes and birthday party packages are on sale now. Want to see the place early? Purchase an annual pass before March 31, and you'll be the "First to Play" with an invitation to the center's preview weekend April 1 and 2.

The center will feature tons of fun activities for LEGO lovers, including MINILAND- a mini representation of some of Philadelphia's most-loved attractions and city cites. This interactive display will be made of nearly 1.5 million bricks and will include landmarks like City Hall, Boathouse Row, the Rocky steps, Liberty Place, and more. Other attractions at the 33,000-square-foot Discovery Center include a 4D cinema, Imagination Express train ride, Ninjago training camp, Duplo park, Earthquake tables where kids can test the strength of their towers, and a LEGO themed pirate ship.

LEGOLAND will be open Monday-Saturday 10 AM - 7:30 PM with last entry at 5:30 PM and Sundays 10 AM - 6 PM with last entry at 4 PM. Tickets and annual passes can now be purchased online.
