Indoor Rock Climbing Gyms Near Orlando

Aiguille Rock Climbing Center – Longwood

Aiguille boasts 10,000 square feet of climbing space, with walls reaching up to 24 feet high. This rock climbing gym offers two types of climbing: bouldering and rope climbing. Participants must be at least 5 years old and 25 pounds to climb. Technique classes are also offered for ages 12 and up.

Blue Swan Boulders – Orlando

This bouldering gym opened in 2020 in Orlando’s Creative Village. Blue Swan Boulders welcome all ages; adults must accompany kids under the age of 13. A part-time summer camp is also offered for ages 9-15.

DynoClimb – DeLand

DynoClimb is the first climbing gym in Volusia County. There is no age requirement to climb, but participants must be between 25 and 315 pounds. Children under the age of 12 are not recommended to climb higher than twice their body height. Dynoclimb also offers summer camp for ages 6-14, as well as private party rooms to celebrate your child’s birthday.

The Edge Rock Gym – Melbourne

This rock climbing gym in Brevard County boasts an indoor KidZone exclusively for little ones! The Edge also offers a youth climbing team, birthday party options, summer camp, and scout merit badge training.

ROX | Orlando Rock Climbing Gym – Lake Nona

Located at Lake Nona Performance Club, ROX features 7,500 square feet of indoor rock climbing terrain, including bouldering, top-rope climbing, and rappelling. All ages are welcome; ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Kids ages 6-12 can participate in the Kids in Motion program, which includes scheduled programming such as rock climbing, sports, swimming, and yoga.

Orlando Entertainment Centers with Rock Climbing

Elev8 Fun – Sanford

The ropes course at Elev8 Fun Sanford features fun climbing-wall obstacles. Participants must be at least 48 inches tall and 6 years old to climb. This two-story entertainment center also features go-karts, arcade, bowling, laser tag, mini golf, and axe throwing.

Planet Obstacle – Lake Mary

Planet Obstacle is a HUGE indoor obstacle park. The park features 11 rock climbing walls as well as a 26-foot tall Spider Wall. All climbing walls are suitable for ages 3 and up. In addition to the climbing walls, Planet Obstacle also boasts ropes courses, trampolines, ninja warrior courses, bumper cars, foam pits, a toddler area, and more.

Urban Air Adventure Park – Altamonte Springs, Winter Garden

Brand new to the Central Florida area, these adventure parks feature climbing walls for kids at least 41 inches tall. Younger kids can enjoy a slanted climbing hill with a slide at the top. Other attractions include a tumble track, bumper cars, arcade, ropes course, trampolines, indoor playground, and more.
