1. DIY Pop-up Card

4. Giant Mother's Day Card
Fold a piece of poster board in half to make a massive Mother's Day card that everyone can add a message to.

5. Envelope Accordion Card
Grab a stack of envelopes. Glue the inside of the fold of one envelope to the back of another envelope. Repeat to make a chain. When they're dry, fold the envelopes together into an accordion. Put messages for Mom in each envelope, such as notes, pictures, or even homemade coupons for her to redeem.

11. Footprint Cards
Paint those toesies and make your kiddo's footprints into butterflies. Add a handprint flower to make it into a full garden.
12. Tape Resist Mother's Day Cards
Spell out "Mom" in painter's tape, then paint over the entire paper with watercolors or whatever you have on hand. When the paint is dry, carefully remove the tape to reveal your design.
13. Contact-Paper Heart Card
Cut a heart shape in the center of your card and attach a piece of contact paper to the cut-out. Invite your child to rip up colorful paper and arrange the pieces on to the sticky side of the contact paper. Use another piece of contact paper to seal everything in place. Write “I Love You to Pieces” for extra adorableness.
