Laser Trail

This fully immersive and interactive game is based on The Legend of Luna, and players will find themselves in the animated world of The Great Wolf Pack. There are two adventures to choose from: Trail Blaster and Glorpazar Strikes Back.

Virtual Frontier

Choose from six different VR experiences. There are two for families with young children, two for families with grade school kids, and two for kids ages 14+, but even older kids will enjoy some of the experiences for the smaller set.

We tried two of the experiences, and both were a lot of fun. Dinosaur Island is a time-traveling experience perfect for kids trying their first VR adventure. You’ll tour an island filled with prehistoric creatures, and yes, a T-Rex makes an appearance! Sand Storm is a competitive game where players can transport through a market bazaar and battle opponents.

Ten Paw Alley

Bowling has never been so adorable. This bowling alley with mini bowling balls is just the right size for toddlers and adults.

MagiQuest

This epic adventure has been revamped with a whole new challenge! Budding Master Magis will travel to the realm of Vellara, where they’ll be tasked with saving the Sacred Trees and the magic of Evergreen from a mysterious and evil force. The game has been shortened from its original length, which gives players of all ages a chance to complete the tasks, master the runes, unlock the treasure chest, and become a Master Magi.

This new attraction is located on the fourth floor and requires advance registration. Families can hang out in the casual lounge-like space filled with couches and Adirondack chairs before choosing games like soccer and golf or other unique games like Zombie Dodgeball and Hockey Shots.

What Are the New Dining Options at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine?

Enjoy new offerings like custom-built burgers, corn dogs, and funnel cake at Hungry Wolf Food Hall.

Hungry Wolf Food Hall

This collection of fast-casual restaurants services both the waterpark and the indoor entertainment area. Indulge in decadent burgers and shakes from Fatburger, corndogs from Hot Dog on a Stick, wings from Buffalo’s Express, and items like pizza and pasta, salads, soft pretzels, chicken nachos, and chicken tenders.

A short few steps away is the new Pretzelmaker offering their most iconic snacks, and next door is Wood’s End Creamery which serves up hand-crafted ice cream cones, sundaes, and soft serve.

Fireside Grill

The sit-down restaurant on the fourth floor has a fantastic new menu with something for everyone. Order the onion rings for the whole table, savor the steak frites cooked to perfection, enjoy Great Wolf Lodge General Manager Amy Lane’s favorite dinner option, the roasted half chicken, and stay for desserts worth sharing, like the jumbo chocolate dipped ice cream cookie tower.

Timbers Table & Kitchen

The popular buffet restaurant on the main floor has also been renovated, and what once was an outdoor patio space has been enclosed, reducing wait time significantly. It still serves up the kid-friendly fare you know and love, like mac and cheese and chicken nuggets, as well as breakfast and dinner favorites for the whole family.

Outpost

A new bar area will be located near the outdoor pool area and will serve craft beer and signature cocktails during the warm season.

What else is new at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine?

The main lobby is now wide open and even more inviting, especially when The Legend of Luna story unfolds. It's filled with magic, adventure, and even a snow flurry or two!  There’s also a new 24-hour market by check-in, and the staircase down to the first floor has been moved to the back of the hotel, creating even more space for the fun activities that happen regularly: yoga, dance parties, story times, and more.
