NJ Kids Birthday Party Entertainers: Clown and Balloon Artist Archie Cobblepot
I've never been much of a clown lover--but then I'd never met a cool, laid-back clown with a gift for glorious and crazy air-filled creations. Meet Archie Cobblepot, professional clown, balloon artist and self-proclaimed nincompoop. I hired Archie as part of a whole slate of activities for my 7-year old son's birthday party, and needn't have bothered with anything else--Archie and his balloons were the star of the show, for both the kids and their impressed parents. And for more ideas for fab bashes, check out our Mommy Poppins NJ Birthday Party Ideas Guide.

Who knew that balloon animals could be an art form? The twelve kids at my son's party were mesmerized by Archie Cobblepot's creations and how quickly he twisted them together. And it didn't hurt that there wasn't one request that was denied, down to an balloon alien and a shark with teeth. How do you make balloons into shark's teeth? Ask the master. The kids just kept getting back into line for balloons, over and over again, while the pizza got cold and the juice boxes got warm--this was a wildly successful at-home party entertainer.
Archie Cobblepot has entertainment packages of varying lengths and prices from a simple Balloon Walk-Around to a fun tutorial on how to make balloon animals to a full fledged vaudeville comedy show. And I think I'll be seeing my new friend Archie again very soon--every single parent at the party was clamoring for his business card.
