It should finally feel like November this weekend in Chicago, just in time to honor our military on Veterans Day. Show your respect and teach kids about veterans with a free visit to Pritzker Military Museum and Library, a craft at Cantigny, or a ceremony at Soldier Field. The sub-40 degree weather may keep families inside, which will be ideal for a visit to the Chicago International Children's Film Festival or a showing of one of several theatrical productions for kids such as Seussical in Bensenville, Dooby Dooby Moo in Rogers Park, or Matilda, Jr. in Arlington Heights.
