What to expect at Malibu Barbie Café
The Malibu Barbie Café is located inside Junction HTX, and is a dreamy, pink-filled, immersive space filled with California vibes. The experience includes a café, plenty of photo opportunities, and a skating rink.
The kids wanted to explore the space first, so we made our way around to check out the Barbie-inspired vignettes and laid-back beachy motifs, but the overall favorite was posing for photos in the life-sized Barbie Box.
Next, we checked out the food options at the café. The menu is Malibu Barbie-inspired and features mains like a Beach Burger, shareables like Good Vibes Beet Hummus, and fun desserts where you can design cupcakes or make your own Sundae. The kid’s menus feature classics like Tubular Tenders and Stay Groovy Grilled Cheese, while adults can enjoy cocktails like the Think Pink Margarita.
Our last stops were to check out the exclusive Barbie merchandise for sale and skate around the Impala Rink. Traditional roller skates and protective gear were provided for skaters. The rink was on a smaller scale, and the floor was concrete, so we suggest this activity for older kids.
