12 Things To Do on Long Island This Weekend: Drive-In Movies, Live Music, New Museum Exhibits
Summer lovin' is just around the corner and we've started to round up drive-in and outdoor movie events for you and the family to catch a flick under the moonlight. See E.T. on Friday or Moana on Saturday at the Gateway Playhouse or catch a Friday night showing of The Croods: A New Age at Peconic Bay Winery in Cutchogue.
It's the season for live, outdoor performances, too, and the Science Museum of Long Island kicks off its Live at Five series this Thursday with feel-good music and food truck goodies. Landmark on Main launches its live outdoor music series Saturday in Port Washington.
Editor's note: While we are trying to promote safer activities that occur outdoors or with social distancing guidelines in place, please keep your family and others safe by always wearing a mask and maintaining appropriate social distancing. If you arrive at an event that appears too crowded, try using the “nearby” search feature on our Event Calendar to find something else to do.
