In its second year, Midnight on Main Street is a New Year’s Eve celebration that includes an illuminated ball that rises from the roof of Capital One Plaza. "Midnight" will be declared by the mayor of Patchogue at 9pm so young and old can enjoy the festivities and a grand fireworks display. FREE
