Labor Day Weekend Things to Do in Connecticut: Fairs, Pears, and Concerts
Cool, crisp mornings can mean one thing: the end of summer is here. Luckily, Labor Day weekend gives us an excuse for one last hurrah: one more weekend to enjoy summer fairs and festivals, including The Goshen Fair, the Woodstock Fair, and the Connecticut Renaissance Faire. For food and entertainment on the water, you can't beat the Blues & Views Festival, right on the Saugatuck River in downtown Westport, where there will be tasty treats and libations, as well as activities and musical entertainment for kids. And here's what's picking: pears and guitar strings (Steve Songs!) in Middlefield.
