A 6-week session blends early literacy, movement, and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way for children 3 to 5 years old.

Each class includes:

  • A story brought to life through yoga poses
  • A playful yoga game
  • A calming breathing activity
  • Quiet rest and reflection time

$90 for 6 weeks | $20 drop-in
