Long Island Kids' Activities June 22 & 23: Goodnight Moon, Acrobats Of Cirque-Tacular, Rockville Centre Street Fair
There's lots of indoor and outdoor fun to be had on Long Island this weekend. In the mood for some live theater? Then head on over to the John W. Engeman Theater in Northport for a performance of Goodnight Moon. Circus fans can see indescribable feats at the Acrobats Of Cirque-Tacular at the Staller Center For the Arts in Stony Brook. For some outdoor fun, head on over to the Annual Rockville Centre Street Fair where you can see artwork and classic cars on display. If hiking and seeing animals in their natural habitat is more your thing, you won't want to miss Family Adventures: Turtles, Snacks, And Frogs, Oh My at the Connetquot River State Park Preserve in Oakdale. Also on tap: Family Fun Day at the Broadway Mall in Hicksville, and Midsummer Night at Old Westbury Gardens in Old Westbury. Midsummer Night - Old Westbury
Old Westbury Gardens is illuminated with lanterns and decorated by magical faeries. Enjoy music and dance performances while you're there. In case of rain, this program takes place on June 23.
Magic Show On The Patio - Massapequa
Magician Jim McClenahan serves up lots of tricks and fun during his performance at the Massapequa Public Library. Seating is outdoors, so bring a blanket or a cushion. This is a free event.

Acrobats Of Cirque-Tacular - Stony Brook
Enjoy this show full of aerialists, acrobats, contortionists, jugglers, and illusionists at the Staller Center For the Arts.
Family Adventures: Turtles, Snacks, And Frogs, Oh My - Oakdale
Learn about turtles, snakes, and frogs, then go on a hike to explore these creatures in the Connetquot River State Park Preserve. Reservations are required.
Family Fun Day - Hicksville
If your kids are fans of Nick Jr.'s Mike the Knight, then bring them to the Broadway Mall to see a live show, followed by a knighting ceremony and photo opportunities with Mike. While there, play in the bouncy house, make crafts, and get faces painted.
