Restaurants on Long Island Where Kids Can Eat Free

1. Dickey’s Barbeque Pit — Centereach, Hauppauge

Kids 12 and younger eat free with the purchase of a $12 adult entree on Sundays. The Dickey's promotion offers one meat slider or chicken nuggets, plus a side, roll, and small drink.

2. Hurricane Grill & Wings — Lindenhurst, Hauppauge

The Florida-based chain boasts more than 30 sauces and rubs for its famous wings. At the Lindenhurst and Hauppauge locations, kids 10 and younger eat free on Saturdays with the purchase of an adult meal. 

3. J&R's Steak House — Islip

Kids 10 and younger eat free Sunday through Thursday. Menu options include burgers, chicken fingers, ribs, hot dogs, grilled cheese, and chicken. 

4. Miller’s Ale House — Commack, Deer Park, Lake Grove, Levittown

Kids eat free all day on Tuesdays with a $10 purchase, limited to two kids. Kids can choose from grilled chicken, fried shrimp, mini burgers, cheese quesadillas, and more.

5. Moe’s Southwest Grill — Throughout Long Island

On Tuesdays, kids 12 and younger can enjoy a free kids' meal with the purchase of an adult meal from 5-9pm in the dining room. Tacos, burritos, and quesadillas are on the menu. Available at most Moe’s locations in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

6. American Beauty — Bellmore

Kids eat free on Sundays from 4-9pm with the purchase of an adult entree. Drinks are not included. 

7. IHOP – Throughout Long Island

Throughout the year, IHOP usually has a kids eat free promotion. Currently, kids eat free every day from 4pm-10pm with the purchase of an adult meal. Call your local IHOP before going to ensure they are participating in the nationwide promotion. 

8. Your Mothers House Kitchen & Bar — Garden City Park

All day on Tuesdays, kids younger than 10 eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. Kids menu items include grilled cheese, corn dogs, popcorn shrimp, pizza, mac and cheese, mini burgers, chicken tenders, and more. Check the weekly special page to make sure it's offered on the Tuesday you plan on dining.

9. The Village Idiot Pub —Lake Grove, Oakdale, Patchogue

At this popular sports bar near the Smithaven Mall in Lake Grove, kids 12 and younger eat free on select Tuesdays from 3 to 7pm with the purchase of an adult entree. The menu boasts dishes with fresh ingredients from local producers. Check the weekly special page to make sure it's offered on the Tuesday you plan on dining. The Oakdale location offers the promotion on select Mondays. Again, check the weekly specials to ensure it's being offered that week.

10. Good Juju's BBQ & Seafood Shack — Aquebogue

Families can receive one kids' meal free with every regular menu entree ordered at Good Juju's in Aquebogue on Thursday evenings throughout the winter. Offer is valid for in house dining only from 4-9pm.
