If you've been to a Mommy Poppins event, you know they are always full of fun, but our upcoming CAMPTOPIA summer camp fair may be one of the best yet.

We've convinced top area day and sleepaway camps to bring their activities to CAMPTOPIA so you can try them out and see how much fun summer camp can be. Enjoy arts and crafts, slime making, cooking, basketball, soccer, a bounce house, and more—all at this FREE event, which is sponsored by Peppermint.

Find all the details and how to sign up for CAMPTOPIA below.

CAMPTOPIA takes place Sunday, February 2, 2025, from 11am-2pm at the Atlantic Terminal Mall, next to Party City and opposite the Barclay's Center. The event is completely FREE, but please register in advance to help us manage attendance and provide you with any important updates. We're so excited for this event and hope to see you there!

CAMPTOPIA sponsor Peppermint can take on your to-do list and make it disappear. Peppermint’s team of moms get it done and give you your time back. Use code CAMPTOPIA25.

And, of course, check our Summer Camp Guide and NYC Summer Camp Directory for more NYC day camps and regional sleepaway camps.

If you can't make CAMPTOPIA in Brooklyn, save the date for our Manhattan event on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Pier 57!

About the Author

Anna Fader

Founder of Mommy Poppins

A fourth-generation Brooklynite, Anna started Mommy Poppins in 2007 to help families find the best things to do with kids in NYC, with a particular emphasis on sharing activities that are free, affordable, and enriching. The site, used by millions of families, has grown to become the ultimate resource for parents in the major US cities, plus travel guides for 100s of destinations.

Anna is a believer in the magic of summer camps, traveling with kids, and that you can raise kids on a budget and still have a rich life full of amazing memories. Anna's first Mommy Poppins book, The Young Traveler's Journal and Activity Book, published in 2025 and co-written with her daughter, Amelia Eigerman, brings that ethos to life, in addition to this website.
