Sweet Treats and Family Fun: Discovering the Ice Cream Museum in Miami
Now in its permanent home, the Museum of Ice Cream in Miami is a treat for all ages. From the moment you step inside, you and the kids are greeted by members of the museum staff dressed as their favorite “ice cream flavors,” setting the tone for a sugary adventure.
Choose your ice cream name (I went with “Cherry Vanilla” very original, I know!) and head upstairs for a taste of banana split-flavored Dippin’ Dots, a burst of flavor that starts the experience with a bang.
The Museum of Ice Cream is the latest, and perhaps tastiest, museum to open in Miami and South Florida, joining the Frost Science Museum and the Museum of Discovery and Science as must-visit destinations in the area.
