Terrific Things To Do in Boston in November with Kids
Welcome November, the month when fall beauty transitions into the excitement for approaching holidays and winter days, and there's tons of terrific things to do in Boston with kids. Families can line up for the 2021 Boston Veterans Parade to honor those who have served, experience America's Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration in Plymouth or the New England Harvest Feast, and marvel at the returning Magic of Lights at Gillette Stadium.
In addition to Veterans Day and Thanksgiving, celebrate National Native American Heritage Month with Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers. November calendar celebrations also include Go to an Art Museum Day, National Take a Hike Day, and Aviation History Month. The cool, crisp weather is an ideal time to enjoy a hike around Boston, or take in a musem for art and history. The Museum of Fine Arts and many art centers offer art classes for kids. Also high on our list of museums is the not-too-far New England Air & Space Museum in Connecticut, and the many Boston museums offering kids under 6 free admission.
