Good news, fans of February: Not only does the calendar give us that rare leap day in 2020, it also drops it right into the middle of a Washington, DC weekend.

That means there's plenty of fun to be had on February 29, including heritage festivals, writing clinicspop-up partieschildren's theater, and more.
