Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend Events for Long Island Kids: Nature, Science, Camps

This weekend, climb aboard as the world’s most beloved steam engine at the Long Island Children's Museum's newest exhibit, Thomas & Friends Explore. Or, join in on the Paint Party at the Long Island Explorium all weekend long.

Drag Queen Story Hour is back with Bella Noche! The program focuses on inclusion, acceptance, and that everyone is special. 

In the Designing for a Future with Rising Seas Lego Workshop at the South Fork Natural History Museum, children will discuss and design architecture, using LEGOs, to fit the needs of society as we face rising seas resulting from global warming. ​
