The Wizard of Oz - Smithtown. Live performance at Smithtown Performing Arts Center. Runs through Jan. 25, 2015. Cost: Adults/$35, Children under 12/$20.

Pumpkin Drop - Garden City. Bring your pumpkins to the Cradle of Aviation Museum and drop them from the third story of the museum’s atrium to see them splat. Cost: Free with museum admission.

Native American Feast - Glen Cove. Authentic Native American celebration. Cost: $5/person over age 4.

Peter Pan - Oakdale. At CM Performing Arts Center. Live performance. Runs through Jan. 4, 2015. Cost: $20-27.

Village Holiday Parade - Farmingdale. Enjoy a parade down Farmingdale Village's Main Street complete with Santa, fire trucks, choir singing and more. 

Homemade Fingerpaints - Bridgehampton. At the Children's Museum of the East End. Cost: $15/includes museum admission.

Sister Rain and Brother Sun - Garden City. Catskill Puppets presents this show at the Long Island Children's Museum at 11:30am and 2pm. Cost: $5 w/ museum admission, $10/theater only.

Fantastic Toy Shop - Ronkonkoma. Ballet performance. Cost: $18/adult, $9/child.

Live Animal Encounter - Middle Country. At Jungle Bob's Reptile World, see snakes, lizards, tortoises, turtles, lizards and gators. Cost: $15+

The Snow Queen at BayWay Arts Center – East Islip. A frozen adventure of Han Christian Anderson’s classic tale. Live theater. Cost: $10/advance, $12/at the door.

Pajama Party Parents Night Out - Smithwon. At Lil Builders, kids can create, craft, play andmore while parents enjoy a night out. Cost: $35/first child, 1/2 off the second child.

Sunday, November 23

Spoons and Tunes - Long Beach. At My Beach Baby, enjoy breakfast and music with caregivers and babies. Cost: $15/advance, $20/at the door.

Sunday Kids Clubs at Hampton Kids – East Hampton. Drop off program from 9am-12pm. Cost: $30-40.

LEGO Club at CMEE – Bridgehampton. Every Sunday at the Children's Museum of the East End. Cost: Free with museum admission.

Sunday Seatuck Family Nature Club – Islip. Nature-themed family friendly events on Sundays at the Suffolk County Environmental Center. Cost: Free.

Family Sundays at the Museum – Roslyn. At the Nassau County Museum of Art, plan a fun family friendly day. Cost: Free with museum admission.

Family Gallery Talk & Art Workshop – Water Mill. Discover the museum and explore the galleries at Parrish Art Museum. Cost: $10/adults, Children under age 18/free.
