Little Learners: Animal Sounds at Planting Fields
Get ready for an unforgettable adventure as nature educators at Planting Fields dive into the wild side of nature!
In this hands-on experience, explore the fascinating world of animal sounds – from the calls of birds to the chatter of forest creatures! Be amazed by the sounds all around us and learn how animals communicate in their natural habitats.
After this exploration, it’s time for a creative twist! These Little Learners will craft their very own pinecone bird feeders, attracting some feathered friends right to their backyard.
More about the Little Learner Series
Parks are for everyone – even the littlest learners! Join this twice a month program for a brand-new experience: Every other week nature educators introduce children ages 2 – 5 to the natural world around them and engage them and their parents. Tackle one theme at a time with a nature story, craft, and open play outside! This series will take place on Friday mornings from 10 – 11am unless otherwise noted.
