Louisa May Alcott’s Orchard House
Plumfield Fun Week

During Plumfield Fun Week at Louisa May Alcott's Orchard House, kids step back in time and into the world of Louisa May Alcott and her sisters at Orchard House. Each morning, the activities revolve around the personality and interests of a sister/character from the book Little Women: Children get to be theatrical like Meg, and practice writing like Jo (Louisa) in the very room where Louisa May Alcott wrote Little Women. They will play games, put on a puppet show, and make a clothespin doll just like Beth. On the last day, they can be artistic like Amy (May), illustrating scenes from their favorite stories and copying original artwork done by the real May Alcott.
