Looking for the best things to do in Houston this Memorial Day weekend? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your list for this weekend.

Memorial Day weekend is here, which means May is officially coming to a close, the school year is ending, and it is finally time to celebrate the start of summer! Since honoring our nation's fallen heroes is the primary focus of this weekend, we found some awesome family-friendly events around the city to attend, such as the annual Memorial Day in The Woodlands, the Memorial Day Celebration at The Buffalo Soldier's Museum, the Memorial Day Ceremony at the Galveston Naval Museum, and Memorial Day Weekend at Lone Star Flight Museum.  

With hotter temperatures on the horizon, now is the perfect time to start planning out your summer adventures, and we created a Summer Bucket List that is packed with 100 (mostly) free activities for the kids.
