Many Atlanta breweries offer food and snacks, or at least allow you to bring in your own munchies (great for picky eaters). In some cases, even four-legged fur babies are welcome at these Atlanta breweries!

Family-Friendly Breweries in Atlanta – Intown
1. Eventide Brewing – Grant Park
Just steps off the Atlanta BeltLine, Eventide welcomes families and dogs with outdoor seating and family-friendly board games. Although there is no restaurant onsite, this brewery occasionally hosts food trucks. Afterward, walk across the street to the popular Grant Park Farmers Market held on Sundays.
2. Fire Maker Brewing Company – Upper Westside
Wet your whistle at this family-owned spot with a taproom, covered outdoor patio, and separate beer garden. Kids can play arcade or board games while you imbibe Fire Maker’s beers, ciders, seltzers, or even coffee. Food offerings include snacks and lunch specials from Mungo’s Snack Shack onsite.
3. Monday Night Brewing – Upper Westside and West End
This popular family spot has two locations in Atlanta: one near Westside Park and the other next to the Lee+White Food Hall. Kids will enjoy the large outdoor space with fire pits and cornhole, board games, and tasty wood-fired pizza offerings. Check the website for family-friendly events, which in the past, have included Family Matinee Movie Morning, pumpkin carving, and more.
4. New Realm Brewing Company – Old Fourth Ward
Ride bicycles to explore the Atlanta BeltLine's Eastside trail and stop at New Realm Brewing for beer, burgers, and live music. You’ll find a large selection of beers, and a full-scale restaurant (with a kids’ menu!). The brewery boasts an outdoor patio and rooftop deck with views of downtown Atlanta.

5. Round Trip Brewing Company – Upper Westside
Kids enjoy the playscape at this German-themed brewery, which also welcomes dogs. Bring in your own food or check social media for the food vendor schedule. In addition to beers on tap, Round Trip offers cherry seltzer, kombucha, soda, and snacks. Special events include trivia, speed puzzles, and LEGO nights.
6. Scofflaw Brewing Company – Upper Westside
Kids won’t want to leave Scofflaw Brewing Company’s MacArthur location with its outdoor basketball court, yard games, bocce ball courts, and open grassy area. Bring your own food or purchase a meal from the food trucks available most weekends.
Scofflaw's nearby sister location, Dr. Scofflaw’s at the Works, deserves its own mention. This test lab offers Scofflaw’s newest beer creations and a dog-friendly patio. You can take open containers throughout the entire Works property with a food hall, a Sunday afternoon farmers’ market, and The Camp, a one-acre green space area with special events and live music!
7. Wild Heaven Beer – Decatur and West End
Head to Wild Heaven Beer’s Avondale location, near family-friendly attractions in Decatur, or venture to the West End location on the Atlanta Beltline. Both spots boast large, dog-friendly patios, live music, craft beers on tap and Georgia wines from Georgia.
Kids can play on the Village Green while parents choose from over 20 beers on tap at Cherry Street Brewing.
Family-Friendly Breweries in Atlanta – Outside the Perimeter
8. Cherry Street Brewing – Alpharetta and Cumming
Located at Halcyon, this family-friendly brewery offers over 20 beers on tap, a full bar, and a restaurant. You’ll find a kids’ menu and kids eat free on Tuesday nights. Halcyon’s open container policy allows parents to walk around the area with a beer in hand -- relax in a chair on the Village Green and let the kids play in the giant sandbox and run around the large space. Cherry Street Brewing operates another location in Cumming.
9. Cultivation Brewing – Norcross
Cultivation Brewery offers a rotating menu of craft beers on tap and a fenced-in area for kids to play. Plus, leashed dogs are welcome both inside and outside the brewery. Purchase dinner from the food trucks, Wednesday through Sunday, or order food from one of the restaurants in historic Norcross just a half-mile away.
10. Gate City Brewing Company – Roswell
At Gate City Brewing, find year-round brews, in addition to special offerings and craft cocktails. Kids enjoy the outdoor area and watching the seasonal corn hole leagues. Check the website for live music, food trucks, and special events including yoga, jewelry pop-ups, and book fairs!
11. Horned Owl Brewing – Kennesaw
Hot dogs, pizza, and loaded tater tots will satisfy your family's appetite at this neighborhood taproom with a rooftop deck and a large dog-friendly patio. Tap offerings include lagers, stouts, sours, and seltzers. Watch a cornhole league, listen to live music, and play trivia and music bingo.
12. Red Hare Brewing: The Still on the Square – Marietta
As the oldest microbrewery in Marietta, Red Hare offers refreshing drinks at its still location on Marietta Square. Sit on the outdoor patio and enjoy Cuban-themed dishes, handhelds, and a kids’ menu. Explore activities along Marietta Square, including annual events like Marietta Art in the Park and May-Retta Daze.
13. Reformation Brewery – Canton, Smyrna, and Woodstock
Kids (and pups) can enjoy the large outdoor space at each Reformation Brewery location. Families can bring food from nearby restaurants! In addition to trivia and music bingo, Reformation hosts kid-friendly events such as the recent Taylor Swift TTPD Release Party with karaoke and bracelet making.
14. Slow Pour Brewing Company – Lawrenceville
This family-friendly brewery features a tasting room and dog-friendly beer garden! Slow Pour provides the perfect spot for families to play bingo, watch corn hole leagues, visit food trucks, and listen to live music. Come to the Slow Pour Sunday Market, held twice a month, which features produce and goods from local merchants.
15. Terrapin Brewery and Taproom - Cumberland
What's not to love about this brewpub located at Battery Atlanta - especially when the Braves are playing?! Watch any sports game on huge screens and imbibe on Los Bravos Mexican Lager (named after the Atlanta Braves). Food is provided in conjunction with Fox Brothers BBQ and includes a kids' menu. Be sure to save room for banana pudding!
16. Tucker Brewing Company – Tucker
If you love the outdoors, head to this brewery with a huge beer garden, sandbox area for kids, and live music. Families love the giant pretzel (larger than a dinner plate!) and play yard games. The brewery, opened by a brother and sister, offers German-style fare with everything from bratwurst and pork schnitzel.
