Long Island Kids' Activities July 14 and 15: Tractor Pull and Show at Hallockville, Willy Wonka Outdoor Movie, and Sharkfest
The Tractor Pull and Show, a favorite of some Mommy Poppins writers, is at Hallockville Farm this weekend. You and the kids can also enjoy a show from the National Circus Project at the Long Island Children's Museum, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory at Country Fair Park in Medford, or Sharkfest at the Cold Spring Harbor Whaling Museum. New York Life Insurance will provide you with your child’s photo, digitally scanned fingerprints, and emergency contact information. (Drop-off doesn't start until 4pm.) Demonstrations and displays of antique farm machinery by the Long Island Antique Power Association. Watch tractors big and small race and compete! Learn how tractors and other farm machinery works! See it all on a beautiful preserved farm. Great day outdoors for the whole family. Entrance fee supports the nonprofit Long Island Antique Power Association's programs.
