From Center City to Chester County, children of all ages can get excited about the yoga classes available just for them. Balance Health Center & Yoga Spa — Center City

This Center City studio offers weekly Little Bodhi Yoga classes for kids. The teachers use animated poses and basic stretching exercises to promote strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Mama’s Wellness Joint — Center City

Founded by Paige Chapman, an accomplished, Philly-born yoga instructor and doula, Mamaʼs Wellness Joint provides families with yoga and movement classes for children of all ages. From prenatal classes to family classes to yoga sleepovers, kids and parents alike can find activities at this studio. Yogasphere — Bucks County

Yogasphere provides workshops year round, as well as regular classes during the school year for children from age 5 through age 15. Each age group has a slightly different focus, but the end result could be a child turned yogi for life! In addition to its regular schedule, Yogasphere offers unique yoga parties and sleepovers for kids 8 and older. The Light Within Yoga Studio — Chester County
11 Exchange Place, West Grove
Geared towards tweens and teens between the ages of 8 and 14, this class can reduce stress and help kids feel healthier as they learn yoga techniques during weekly sessions. Classes are held every Thursday at 5:00pm. Check the website for more details.

Storytelling Yoga — Delaware County

Perfect for 3–5 year olds, these yoga sessions are filled with stories, art, music, songs, and games that invoke imagination, expressive interactions, creative movement, and playful fun.
