It’s 4th of July weekend, and there's no better place to celebrate than our nation's capitol! With the holiday falling on a Monday this year, DC families can look forward to a three-day weekend packed with fun. 

Kick off Independence Day weekend with the big parade in Washington, DC, or head to a smaller hometown celebration such as Kensington's Fourth of July Bike Parade or the 4th of July Hometown Celebration & Fireworks in Great Falls, Virginia.
