Families can enjoy an entire day of fun July 4th celebrations in Baltimore, including a pet parade, a free concert by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, and fireworks over the harbor.

The full schedule of events is as follows. Some activities may require paid admission.

• 9am: Pet Parade begins at the American Visionary Art Museum
• 4pm: Navy Band Commodores performance begins at Harborplace Amphitheater
• 6:30pm: Street performers and activities at the Waterfront Promenade
• 7:30pm: Spoken-word performance by BSO Artistic Partner Wordsmith at the BGE Pavilion mainstage in Rash Field Park
• 7:30pm: Picnic at the Top begins at Top of the World Observation Level
• 8pm: Star-Spangled Celebration concert by the BSO begins at the BGE Pavilion mainstage in Rash Field Park
• 9:30pm: Fireworks begin, accompanied by the BSO Waterfront Promende, BSO at the BGE Pavilion mainstage
• 9:43pm: Fireworks end at the Waterfront Promenade
