1. Use colored sharpies to add color to plastic (solo or other similar type) cups. Encourage kids to create designs alternating the use of cool colors and warm colors, create patterns or even overlap colors to make new ones. The more color the better! You can even use some colored cups!

2. Pop the cups in oven heated to 350 degrees F. Watch the cups as they start to melt and then take out. With a oven mitt covered hand, gently push down on some of the cups to exaggerate the shape more.

3. Once the cups have cooled...use them to create a sculpture! You can use wire hangers, pipe cleaners, beads or feathers  to add some texture.
