Family-Friendly Mother's Day Brunch Spots in Lower Westchester
Mother's Day is just around the corner, and it's the one day a year we're mandated to celebrate all things Mom. Westchester offers a variety of great restaurants featuring Mother’s Day brunch, and we've rounded up some of our top picks in Lower Westchester. Many places require reservations, and we suggest hurrying.
The Atrium at Doral Arrowwood – Rye Brook
Mother's Day brunch at Doral Arrowwood is a special affair with an extensive menu. There has also been a special children’s buffet in years past. Call for reservations.
Chat 19 – Larchmont
Chat 19 is known for its fabulous Sunday brunch—though note that on Mother’s Day its typical prix fixe menu isn’t available. A la carte options include omelets, waffles, and more. Call for reservations. 10:30am-3pm.
Fig & Olive – Scarsdale
Fig & Olive will be hosting Mother’s Day brunch this year which, as in years past, will likely include a prix fixe menu. Reservations can be made online or by calling the restaurant.
Half Moon – Dobbs Ferry
The special Mother’s Day menu at this Dobbs Ferry restaurant—which has great views of the river—includes appetizer, entrée, and dessert options, like huevos rancheros and eggs benedict, plus salmon, duck, and a spring vegetable grain bowl, among lots of other choices. 11:30am – 3pm. $68 per person.
Dip into sweet and savory fondues at the Mother's Day brunch at the Melting Pot.
The Melting Pot – White Plains
The Melting Pot will offer a special Mother’s Day menu with its signature sweet and savory fondue. Call for reservations and availability to ensure a spot. Noon–9pm.
Meritage – Scarsdale
Meritage will have a prix fixe brunch that comes with your choice of either a mimosa or bloody Mary. The menu includes apps and entrees like roasted beets, frittata, steak and eggs, and smoked salmon. $40 per person.
The Olde Stone Mill – Tuckahoe
The prix fixe brunch menu at this Tuckahoe mainstay includes choices like caramel apple French toast, steak & eggs and, from the kids menu, options like eggs with bacon, ravioli, chicken fingers, and more. Plus, you’ll get rolls, muffins, and starters like fruit and cheese for your whole group. And with separate—and less expensive—menus specifically for kids as well as toddlers and preschoolers, it’s a great choice if you have little ones in tow. Seatings at 11am and 1:30pm. $39 adults, $12.95 kids ages 7–12, $5.95 kids ages 2–6.

The Rye Grill & Bar – Rye
Brunch buffet: $42 for adults, $26 for kids and $14 for kids under 5.
Whether you’re looking for a brunch buffet or prefer ordering off the menu, you’ll find both offered at this Rye restaurant, depending on where you choose to dine. Upstairs, the buffet includes traditional brunch options like French toast and scrambled eggs, plus a carving station and kids-specific options. Downstairs, you can order anything from omelets to pizza, salads, and sandwiches—and there’s a kids' menu here as well. 10am–3pm.
The Tap House – Tuckahoe
This awesome restaurant features staples made with flair, such as challah French toast, Belgian waffle Monte Crisco, and plenty more. This is a great choice for those not looking for a prix fixe option. 10am – 3:30pm.
