Boston Father's Day activities for kids and families

Dad is a lucky guy this weekend, because there's no shortage of activities to make him feel special. Families can cruise, hike, or climb, or even go to the zoo to see animal dads hanging out with their kiddos. Strawberries are ripe for the picking, there's an awesome international fest celebrating world cultures, and the South Shore's biggest arts fest is happening all weekend long. Dads with little ones who appreciate the arts will enjoy this free family day that includes stories, music, and instrument experimentation. On Saturday, head to Fort Point for a very special playground opening day celebrating Martin Richard (here's our article about it).

Need more inspiration? No problem: We've rounded up some things the dads in our lives always seem to love to do. Plus, it's June after all, and summer festivities are in full swing. Enjoy the weekend!
