It's fall festival season in Houston, the time of year where you can spend your weekends celebrating everything from cultural food to art to pumpkins to sunflowers. With tons of fall festivals near Houston over the next few months, the opportunities for enjoying cooler temperatures (okay, that may be a bit ambitious) and good, old-fashioned family fun are endless.
