The story times offered each week vary from library to library but they all involve some combination of singing songs, reading stories, parachute play, bubbles, and toys. The play groups are less structured and feature open play with lots of toys, balls, and even more bubbles. Baby Storytimes and Playtimes are for ages 0-18 months, toddler storytimes are geared toward tots ages 18-36 months, and preschool groups are aimed at 3- 5 year-olds. There are also bilingual and Spanish storytimes, as well as pajama and family storytimes that encourage reading for the whole family.
