When your kids are young, the not-so-scary Halloween activities and events are a better fit during the scary season. But it can be hard to find them, so we pulled them all together for you! Connecticut loves its toddlers and preschoolers, so many places offer events that are high in fun, but low in fright. Get all the little princesses, ninjas, and superheroes into their costumes and make plans for your little pumpkins.
