Line up for the annual Merchant’s Urchins Parade, then enjoy music from a DJ, pumpkin painting, and treat bags (for those in costume).

Parade line-up begins at 9:45am on New Street, New Roc City (in front of Regal Cinema). The parade begins at 10am and travels through downtown, ending at the New Rochelle Grand Market (1 Library Plaza in front of the downtown New Rochelle Library), where the other activities are held.

In the event of inclement weather, the market will remain open. The parade is canceled and pumpkin painting will take place in the library's meeting room.
