The Kingdom Day Parade, normally held on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, is held in 2022 as a Juneteenth celebration.

This year's theme is "Healing America."

One of the nation's largest events celebrating the life of Martin Luther King, Jr., the Kingdom Day Parade has in past years attracted more than a million people to view the procession that steps off onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard at Western.

The parade continues two miles until Crenshaw, then turns down Crenshaw and ends at Vernon.

The parade is broadcast live from 11am to 1pm on ABC-7 Television.
