7. Dream Stays Orlando — Four Corners

Nestled within Encore at Reunion Resort is Dream Stays Orlando, an impressive 11-bedroom vacation villa. For little ones who adore Disney’s Frozen, a magical ice castle bedroom awaits, while aspiring superheroes can stake their claim in the Avengers-themed room. Other themed kids' rooms feature iconic motifs from Super Mario Brothers, Harry Potter, and Toy Story. A glow-in-the-dark game room with custom murals offers a fantastic hangout for older kids and teens, and the entire family can gather in the movie theater room. Outside, enjoy a private pool and patio area. Guests have access to the full-service restaurants at Encore at Reunion.

8. Solterra Resort — Davenport

This 12-bedroom Orlando vacation home transports visitors to Neverland with a whimsical Peter Pan motif in the living room and a private pool. Even with multiple families sharing the cost, these are pricey at $1,000+ per night. But we couldn't leave them off, they're so impressive! Maybe for that special family reunion?

10. The Great Escape Lakeside— Clermont

Indulge in the ultimate retreat on 10 secluded acres at The Great Escape. Every corner of this lakefront estate is steeped in playful "game-themed" decor. Inside, discover two interactive escape room bedrooms inspired by Clue, a Scrabble-themed bedroom, an Operation Game-themed bedroom, a video game bedroom, and much more. There's even a bedroom with a nostalgic 1980s video game theme. Even the bathrooms feature game themes! Outdoors, the entertainment continues with lakeside human foosball, giant billiards (a.k.a. "snookball"), and a sprawling pool complete with a waterslide and a lazy river. Fun fact: The Great Escape Lakeside's word search puzzle wall earned a place in the Guinness Book of World Records!

This Reunion mega mansion with a pool, laser tag arena, and tree house camp is great for large family gatherings.

11. Reunion Mega Mansion — Reunion

Within this three-story mansion, guests discover 10 bedrooms, four of which are primary bedrooms (perfect for a large family trip)! House guests enjoy a laser tag arena and laser maze, as well as a state-of-the-art home theater. Kids can go nuts in the indoor playroom designed like a treehouse, and the arcade/game room. Outdoors is a large pool area, boasting a lazy river with a sand island. At night, catch views of the Disney fireworks atop the private third floor deck.

12. The Sweet Escape — Clermont

Orlando's Sweet Escape is a vacation mansion that's practically a page from Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory! This expansive 12-bedroom estate is a confectionery delight, boasting a candy shop-inspired living room, a cotton candy "sweet" suite, a Hershey Kiss-themed bedroom, a Milky Way laser tag room, and an Oreo-themed bedroom, among many others. Kids can enjoy the lollipop-themed room, which doubles as a giant ball pit. The focal point of the sprawling five-acre backyard is a colossal ice cream cone-shaped pool, complete with a "chocolate" water slide! In addition, there's a splash pad, a candy-themed miniature golf course, disc golf, sports courts, and more. Don't forget the karaoke nightclub featuring disco lighting and an outdoor movie screen. The Sweet Escape sleeps 52, so bring the whole extended family!
