Healthy Snack: Valentine's Day Yogurt Covered Strawberry Hearts

What makes a perfect snack? How about simple, healthy and done in three easy steps? The fact that these yogurt covered strawberry hearts are also cute as a button is just a plus. So pop a tray of these in your freezer. The hardest part will be waiting for them to freeze.
OUR LATEST VIDEOS
1. Cut the stems off your strawberries making a v-shaped divot.
2. Dip whole strawberries in a container of your favorite flavored Greek yogurt and then place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Freeze overnight then cut in half. You can keep them frozen until you're ready to serve.
It's really important to make sure they are totally frozen or the yogurt will melt too quickly in your fingers and be a mess (as I learned from experience).
Show us what you make. Share it on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and tag @mommypoppins so we can see your creations, too!
