The Halloween Carnival in Reseda Park brings out some new emotions in us -- the evening festival includes an under-the-stars screening of Inside Out 2.

Guests can enjoy carnival games with prizes from 3pm - 6pm, and a make-and-take craft from 4pm - 6pm. The costume parade begins at 5pm.

Movie screening starts at 6pm.
