Right in the shadow of Santa Monica Pier is the original location of Muscle Beach. Most weekends you can see OMB regulars performing feats of skill and artistry.

This Sunday the community is invited to a day of play and performances, including flying rings, partner acrobatics, beach calisthenics, aerial circus, traveling rings, and slacklining.

When the sun goes down, OMB lights up, with an hour of LED glow toys such as juggling, poi spinning, and other glowy flow arts.

Curiosity encouraged! Spectators wanting to learn how to do all that cool stuff are welcome to jump in and ask; the folks at Muscle Beach are happy to share their knowledge!
