Enchanted: Forest of Light is an interactive, nighttime experience, featuring a one-mile walk through unique lighting displays throughout Descanso Gardens.

This year, guests can explore a new route through the Rose Garden, discovering exciting light displays, and immerse themselves in a new hanging light installation under the oaks.

Tom Fruin’s charming “stained glass” houses return, creating a village of
their own on the Main Lawn, featuring new interactive lighting options. Other returning favorites include sparkling geometric installations from HYBYCOZO in the Rose Garden Flower Power on the Promenade; and exquisite lighting effects in the Ancient Forest.

Tickets are timed and must be purchased in advance. 

Allow at least 45 minutes for the experience, with an hour and a half being about average. Food and beverages are available for purchase. Parking is free.   

Enchanted is a rain or shine event (dress appropriately and bring an umbrella if necessary!).
